No. Employers make hiring decisions, and the VA determines benefit eligibility. VetAnvil helps you describe your military experience, explore jobs, and organize your paperwork.
Who is VetAnvil for?
Any US service member or veteran, at any point: first enlistment, mid-career, the months before you separate, or after you are out. Spouses and caregivers are welcome too.
How is this different from the TAP program?
TAP is the official pre-separation curriculum. VetAnvil tracks your ITP, CRS checklist, and Capstone so you arrive prepared, then stays with you after the last briefing.
